sir i have 45k rank in jee mains can i get dtu or nsut in spot rounds if i belongs to ews category outside delhi

Closing CRL rank for EWS candidate for DTU and NSUT were :-

• Bio-Technology  branch (DTU) - 72555 (Other state quota)

So you have quite good chances to get NSUT as well as DTU with 45k CRL rank.
