You don't need to stress yourself as your overall class 12th percentage doesn't matter when it comes to Neet eligibility criteria only your PCB aggregate is taken in account
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
Now,
Your aggregate in PCB is
= 50 % so you fulfill above aforesaid percentage requirement, so you are eligible for Neet examination and thus you are eligible for Neet counselling ,there will be no problem you don't need to worry at all
