hi,
see cutoff score changes year to year and depends on various facts like number of participants, questions level difficulty, seat matrix etc. now at this score you have less chances for old iits or top 5 nits, you have decent chances in nit durgapur, nit harimpur, iit guwahati, nit sikkim, svnit , vit vellore, jadavpur university, iiest shivpur etc.

ms courses requires less gate cutoff, you may apply for iit guwahati, however placement is not upto the level of ms compare to mtech, most of the students goes for phd after completing ms.
