Yes, I think your mark is not too bad but it not easy to get IIT Delhi even you crack the gate you may get good marks. So you may surpass the standard of IIT Delhi and belong to OBC category may help you it give you a small edge but if after that it is not easy job get and surpass the gate exam and get admission in Delhi.
