Sorry to inform but there are some strict guidelines , , rules and eligibility criterias which everyone has to follow. If you have cleared jee mains and your 12th board's percentage is atleast 75 percentage only then you will be held eligible for taking admission in any college under josaa. There is no other way like merit system for admission

I am so sorry to inform you that based on your jee mains percentile score, you don't have any chances of getting admission in any of the NITs or IIITs or government colleges. But you can definitely get admission in private colleges through state counselling.
