Since you have committed a mistake in the MHT-CET application form regarding your domicile, you need to quickly contact to the authorities conducting the examination so that they can tell you what to do and how can you rectify your mistakes. Please make sure that you  describe the problem in detail to them so that they know the matter and find solution accordingly. In that way, your application might not get cancelled but you might have to update it. But, if you do not contact them, you might face problem and your application might be cancelled saying that the information is not true of your domicile.
