sir, I have a query on the rank is made on the marks or the percentile. because I have got 91.65 score (assume 100 marks)but having doubt that if in april session others may achieve more marks but less percentile( for e.g 120 marks but 80 percentile) then his/her rank would be higher than me or not

Hi,
In jee main exam ranking is made on the basis of percentile. Percentile measure how good is one candidate from the other who have appeared for the same exam. The marks which one obtained actually in the papers will be treated as raw scores. Form the raw score percentile will be obtained for each attempt.
For preparing the final rank /merit list Among the January and April session the percentile of the candidate in which is higher is taken not the raw score.
So it is the percentile through which ranking will be decided not the score. Hope you understood.

If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be around (100 - 91.65) X 1200000/100 that is 100,560.
So your predicted rank will be around 100,560.
