Hi Neha

Taking into last year's cutoff into account the least marks that secured a seat under state quota was 471 marks in maldah medical College from unreserved category so you have fair chances of getting a seat under state quota . Cutoff varies every year  depending on many other factors like number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, students scoring more than you and category ofcourse .
