first of all you do not need to fill many application forms as single is enough. Check your form while filling it and if there is any mistake you can edit your form after some days there is a gateway open for this .Filling of many forms may lead to cancellation of forms and might create a problem to you .So fill one form for any exam and fill it carefully.

From your question i think you might be taking tension for exams that something wrong may not took place .Dear do not take tension as it will lead to something wrong .Revise your syllabus with a cool mind and prepare for exam .Also check for the admit cards for the different forms you have filled and select the appropriate one .
