According to NTA guidelines and rules, both the answers will be evaluated as correct answers. Since 2018, when JEE Mains went online, both the answers have been considered correct. So you don't have to worry about it. You will get full marks for that question if the provided answer is correct. Good luck.
Your answer might be evaluated as correct. Because the answer given by you i.e 4 is a correct answer only but not the accurate one. 4.00 is an accurate answer. Many of the competitive exams consider the accurate answer as the correct one.

You can cross check your answer with the answer key. The answer key for JEE mains examination January session 2020 has already been released. You can check our website announcement which will provide you with the link to the answer key. Also, your answer depends upon the type of question asked. If the question says to answer with respect to decimal points, you will surely get marks. Else, cross check with the answer key to make sure.
