Hey!
See, if you have allotted college in first round of All India counselling and you joined it, but surrendered it later then you can participate in further rounds of counselling and if you do not join any seat in any of the rounds then you can attend state counselling.
But if the seat was allotted to you in second round of All India Counselling and you joined the college, now you want to surrender the seat. So, now you are not eligible to exit or surrender from the counselling of NEET 2020. Also, such candidates will not be allowed to take part in the further rounds of NEET counselling 2020. To make sure this is done, the authorities will forward names of candidates who have joined an institute in the respective round of counselling, prohibiting them to participate in the subsequent rounds.
