Yes you can upload your EWS certificate during correction window which will be opened once the application process gets concluded i.e. after May 6th, 2022.
Also note that EWS certificate that is to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2022 application form, should have been issued on or after January 1st 2022 according to the latest guidelines of Government of India. In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the EWS candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of Gen-EWS Certificate at (Appendix - IXB) in Information bulletin] to that effect (Reference: No.F.No.20013/01/2018-BC-II) .
****** During counselling process there will be a document verification before admission in any college and during that time you should have your latest and valid certificate.

Further, NTA authorities will also be informing you if there's any need for correction in your NEET application form through your Email ID given by you in NEET application form, and then you need to correct the same when the Correction window opens.
