Don't worry you can definitely drop out of counselling even after round 2nd of NEET UG counselling but in that case your security money would be forfeited and no amount will be refunded back so make sure that you have good chances as per the previous year's cut-off to get seat in round 2nd otherwise I would not recommend you to proceed for round 2nd and also note that if you had applied for upgradation in round 2nd then if you get allotted an upgraded seat then you the fee you paid in the earlier allotted college will automatically be transferred in new college and if you opt not to join an upgraded seat then the fee paid earlier in college would be refunded to you but security will not be refunded under any circumstance if you drop out after round 2nd of NEET UG counselling.
