Yes you are eligible for Sail recruitment through GATE exam. The eligibility criteria for recruitment through GATE exam is that the students should have completed his or her engineering with aggregate marks has been provided in the eligibility criteria.

There is no boundation for students who I have taken lateral entry in BTech. Thus you need not to worry and just prepare for GATE exam and pass with flying colours.
