sir, i have completed bds. but i want to do mbbs in management quota. i have given Neet exam in 2013 . so i can do eleigible for mbbs in management quota ?

Yes, you can do Mbbs now too. As the upper limit for age group has been removed from Neet eligibility criteria so yes you are eligible to study Mbbs by giving Neet.
And you can't take admission without giving Neetug exam in any college whether through management quota Or through all india government quota.
