Yeah! It may be because when you received mail from them you logged in from their ,so first

Of all log out from their , or it may be

It has logged in  somewhere in your other phone browser for instance you may have other browser than chrome and phone browser and you are trying to log in from opera or UC ,so check in all browser of your phone . ,check in where it is logged in. And log out from there ,then try to log in.

First of all check whether this site is open in any other tab on your PC and whether you have logged in there. Many times it happens by mistake that we try to login on same site on two different tabs of same PC and it shows 'already logged in' error.

If this is not the case then check whether you are logged in for that website on your any other device such as mobile. If yes then log out from that device and then try again.

If this is not the case then remember whether you have shared this password with anyone and ask them if they are logged in.

If none of above works then you can create new registration with new email I'd and phone number.
