Sameer, technically to pursue a particular subject as specialisation in your Masters, you should have studied that subject in you Bachelors. Based on this rule, you can pursue your Masters in Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology and Anaesthesiology. You can also study M.Sc in  BioChemistry as you had Microbiology as one of your subjects in your Bachelors.
