sir i have done bsc in hospitality and hotel administration and got overall 72% in that. so am I eligible for ssc cgl exam please let me know

Yes you are eligible. There is no marks criteria for SSC CGL examination, but however some post requires a minimum 60% marks in any degree course. So, as you got 72%, you are eligible for giving the exam. Prepare well and check other things like age limit and physical requirements for the exam.
