Hello,
The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree from a recognised board.For junior statistical post a candidate must have studied bachelor's degree with atleast 60% marks in mathematics from a recognised board or must have studied bachelor's degree in any discipline with statistics as one of the subjects. For rest of the posts bachelor's degree is must.
So, yes you are eligible.
