Hello Aspirant,
No, you cannot get EWS reservation without having ews certificate. But you can get EBC reservation in TS EAMCET. You can take get ews reservation only when your annual income on it written below 1 Lakh.
Economicaly Weaker Section (EWS) is enforced by Government of India whereas Economically Backward Class (EBC) varies in different states as well as institutions.
