sir i have ews certificate issued on 15 feb 2021 .will it be valid for jee advance councelling 2021

Your EWS category certificate issued on or after 01-April-2020, should be uploaded for availing the benefits of GEN-EWS category.
But if you don't have latest certificate right now, then you have to upload a declaration instead of category certificate that you will upload a fresh certificate (issued on or after April 1, 2021) by October 02 2021.
