I think you are referring to Karnataka MBBS admission. Coming to your question, are you referring to User ID and Secret Key given to you after document verification, through verification document acknowledgement slip, or are you referring to the Application ID generated after the registration on KEA website for NEET UG admission in Karnataka.

If you are referring to User ID (given after document verification), then you the process to retrieve it will be made available on KEA website once Online option entry starts (wherein you will give your preference for the college and course in medical that you will opt for).

If you are referring to Application ID, then I suggest you to check your SMS or email since after registration these details were also sent to your registered mobile number and email Id.
