The minimum qualifying marks for NEET for SC/ST/OBC category stude and are 96 marks and you have scored above it so yes you have successfully qualified NEET.
However, it has been announced that for government medical colleges, students of ST category should score in the marks range of 133-107 and your marks are below it so you do not have chances of getting a government college with 101 marks.
I would suggest you to look into private medical colleges or try for alternate medical streams like BAMS, BHMS, etc. However, you will only be able to get private colleges with these marks as the competition out there is extremely tough.
