Sir i have got 13970 rank in neet pg 2019 ....is der any chances to get gen.medicine....???

Yes there are chances. In accordance last year NEET PG Counselling, a rank of 13822 got Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh in the 1st counselling through AIQ. Below ranks have also got colleges like SRM Chennai, MGIMS. Through management quota one can also get admitted to institutes like Amrita Institute , Kochi. So go through the previous year counselling results and choose.
