You haven't mentioned your category here. I am considering you of General Category.
If you get 150 marks in JEE Mains Examination then, your percentile would be around 98.79 - 98.99 percentile and your Rank would be AIR 9152 - 10802. At this much marks you will definitely qualify for JEE Advanced.
At this rank, you will easily get into NIT's, and good branch also.
