You have not scored a good marks uptu but as you are obc caste you have a chances of getting a government college but it will be difficult for you to get your desired branch. You can go for private Colleges which are much better than government. They are as follows:-

• JSS, NOIDA
• AJAYE KUMAR GARG ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHAZIABAD
• K.I.E.T, GHAZIABAD
• GALGOTIAS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY

It not dependent on marks.. But it depends on your rank.. A general category applicant can get one of the government colleges in 7000 to 8000 rank with a normal branch But instead of going in a far off good for nothing government college like Faizabad University you can go for fee waiver seat in top private colleges of upsee Like AK GARG. RK GOEL.. ABES.. IEC ENGINEERING COLLEGE.. GL BAJAJ.. if you don't want to go in NCR you can come to my college.. Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management. Fee waiver seat are those in which you need not to pay the tution fee & all.. My batch mate who is on a fee waiver seat pays only Rs 23000 per year whereas we pay over 1lakh See, for the sake of a government college don't go blindly anywhere.. If you get IET_LUCKNOW OR KNIT_SULTANPUR then it's best.. Else try for fee waiver seat in above colleges.. They give far better results & placement than the remaining so called government colleges..(removed HBTI because it's now through JEE mains)
