Sorry to say but your score is very less , and this time merit is so high ,so chances are very less for you to get a seat , you can try next year with good marks.

General and UPS category candidates must secure the minimum of 50% cut off in order to qualify. While, that for SC/ST/PC categories, it is 40%. However, the competent authority, ICAR, may provide the relaxation in ICAR cut off marks, in case the required numbers of candidates to be called for counselling is not available.
