As you have not mentioned your state so I'll be answering about AIQ. As your score is low and also the cutoff has increased this year so you have Very less chances of getting a government medical College in sc category. Though you have fair chances of getting a management quota seat in self funded colleges.

You have not mentioned your domicile , because every state and their college's have different Cutoffs ,
and your marks are too low to fetch you a seat through AIQ, so I could help you more accurately if you mention the name of the state you belong to ,
