sir i have got 27.33 marks in gate 2019 (ECE) sc category .is there any chance of gettiny iit or nit ?

Your chances of getting into IITs and NITs is bleak, considering the marks that you have scored in GATE 2019. However, you can still check the cut offs for various IITs and NITs, you might have to compromise on specialisation branch that might wish to take up.
