sir, i have got 36.78 in CE WITH SCORE 447 which college can i expect ?

According to your marks/score, you may get IIT Roorkee (according to last year statics), IIT BHU (last year cut off score 402) these colleges you get according to last statics and some private college also might be less chance of getting good NITs because last year cut is far more than your marks or score.
