Sorry to say this you cannot get seat in any of ap recognized colleges. Your caste reservation also couldn't help you much because of your rank. Its better to go with neet cut off marks. If those are still low and you want to do veterinary in any case then opt for management quota or else do long term course. Otherwise you can through bsc agriculture for the rank you obtained.
