Sir, I have got 44 marks, general rank 151 in biotechnology IIT-JAM 2019. Is there any chance of getting admission in IITs?

The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors like No. of Applicant appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates etc. so it would be difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities.
