Dear Shah, your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 50% if the exam is for 100 marks. If each examnis for 60 marks then the aggregate is 96%. For General Category the minimum aggregate required is 50% for only Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. And you have that required aggregate. So you are eligible for appearing for NEET.

That depemds upon your categiry and the final marks list. But yes, if you score good, why not?
