The cut off marks for OBC category under UP state quota counselling was more than 500-550 marks in 2018. Only two colleges had a cut off less than 490 marks under OBC category that are Motilal Nehru Medical College and Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College. But the rank for these two colleges was less than 53351 rank therefore, you chance of admission in these 2 colleges is 50-50%.

The chances of admission in MBBS course through OBC category under state quota would be difficult. However you can try for admission in BDS courses through the state quota.
