Dear Soumyajit, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, the cut offs for various Categories in 2018 under State Quota have been as follows:

General Category: 479

OBC-A: 478

OBC-B: 474

SC: 349

ST: 183

Wih 510 marks, you might have a chance at a Govt. Medical College, even if you are from General Category. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released to weigh in your options.
