Sir I have got 511 marks in NEET Will I be able to get MBBS medical college
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 511 marks but you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, if we look over previous year's cutoff trend for MBBS then in 2018 515 marks secured a seat in government medical college under 85% state quota. Having said that the cutoff changes every year based on many factors like the number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper.
So, looking this the cutoff fir this year has increased upto 25 marks because of which tge cutoff for government medical colleges for MBBS has gone upto 540+ marks. Now, if you fall under Unreserved category then it would be very difficult for you to get MBBS in government colleges. But if you fall under reserved category then you might get a seat for MBBS under 85% state quota.
Else for an another option you can easily get a good private college for MBBS.
I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.
