You have not mentioned your category any where ,ao i asaume it ro be general .

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in haryana through state quota but if you are from a reserved category then the case would be diffrent.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
