Hey Aspirant, Yes you will get the admission in government medical college as the Unresserved category rank goes from 695-453 these are the statistics of NEET 2018 and if the merit would increase it would be 5 marks more but still you fall in the category where you would get the college. . So, there is no need to worry as surely you would get the seat in government college.

Congratulations for scoring decent marks in NEET. But sorry to say you will not be able to get a government mbbs seat but you can get government BDS seat or peivate colleges
