Sir i have got 577 marks in neet 2020 with haryana domicile and general category. Could you please help me out if i should apply for both state counselling and AIQ for govt mbbs. Will i get govt mbbs seat through any of the above mentioned quota?

It is important to know that cut off varies every year depending on the availability of seats and number of qualified candidates.
Based on previous year cut off, you don't have a chance to get a government medical college through 15% All India Quota. Last year it closed at a rank of 12611.
But you have a decent chance to get a government medical college through 85% state quota in Haryana. The cut off for general category last year was 558.
So on the basis of the above statements, applying to Haryana state counselling will give you better chances of getting a seat. But it is completely your choice, if you want to see your chances of getting an all India quota seat, you can apply for its counselling too.
