If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in patna medical colleges in bihar through state quota .

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

With this score there is a chance. Last year the closing marks was about 574 in Round 2. Considering an increase in 15 to 20 marks this year, you can get it but it will be 50-50 chance.
