sir i have got 707 score in GATE 2019(CE paper) ..(1266 rank )..(i m an SC candidate).. do i stand any chance for PSUs?

You will have a rare chance of getting a call for the interview of PSU as your score is below the cutoffs of many good PSU's.But, still you should fill the application forms of various PSUs and hope for any call.And You should prepare for GATE once again and secure a good rank.
