As you have secured this percentile let me tell you that you are eligible to participate in the counselling but i would suggest you to opt for a bit lower branches in this percentile if you want a good college. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
