According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 1.48 Lakhs and in the basis of this rank it is to possible to get any of the NITs even if you belongs to Gen-EWS reservation category but yes you can go for some state government colleges which have very low cut-offs.
As you have asked for government engineering colleges so there are multiple options with respect to states and it is little bit hard to predict cut-off marks for each and every state government colleges. For e.g. in Rajasthan you can get government engineering colleges very easily at score of around 50-60 in JEE-Main but in some states you have to score more than 100-150 marks to get government engineering colleges. So if you want to get into good government colleges you should try to score around 150-200 marks out of 300 but yes if you want to get into NITS/IIITs like institutions then you have to set your target for 250+ marks out of 300 marks in JEE-Main.
