Congratulations on your performance. Well, for suggesting the best
colleges in regard with your rank in WBJEE , you didn't mention your
category and whether you are belonging to West Bengal as the home state
quota shall be applied. I am listing down in reference with general merit and home state quota. Getting mechanical engineering on this rank seems difficult in Jadavpur university, however, you might get admissions in
