Yes, I also got 88.49 percentile at around 120 Marks from April 8 Shift 1 exam. GEN Rank is around 130000 and GEN-EWS Rank is 14921. Provided that you can produce EWS Certificate by the time NTA has mentioned in their latest notice, i.e. 5th of June, 2019, you'll be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced.

NTAs policy is the worst policy ever where even a 120+ scoring candidate doesn't qualify from GEN CRL Rank. There is no transparency in the generation of results and ranking procedure.
