Sir I have got 89.02 percentiles in Jee Mains2019, can I go for JOSSA councling?

You can go for josaa counselling but based on your percentile and category your chances to get admission into a decent college through josaa is very bleak. I would suggest to go for some private college or look into your chances through other entrance examinations like BITSAT,state CETs,etc. During josaa counselling i would suggest to fill up as many options as you can since it wouldn't be easy in your case. Keep all options open for admissions. If you think you can work very hard for another year then you could also go for another attempt. If not then i guess private colleges is your best shot.
