According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you can get top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below :-

But as you are also qualified for JEE-Advance so I would suggest you to appear in JEE-Advance and try to score your rank under 10,000 for good IITs and this we know that NITs are much better than NITs in each aspect.
