It is very difficult to predict college according to rank because college cutoff is depends on lots of factor.
It chances every year. But according to previous year cutoff you can have very less to get any nit. But there are lots of college available. I suggest you to fill the counselling of jaac and jossa.

You haven't mentioned your home state, and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you have negligible chances of getting into IIITs and NITs. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. It will be beneficial for you.
Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
