The average engineering student spends 19 hours per week studying

5 hours in a day ... but if you want to do GATE then you should extend your time

If you want to give gate then you have to study more. Because it is good if we study regularly so that at the time of exam it will get easy . If you continue your study from first day then your concepts also get clear . So we can't say particular time but have to study hard.
