Sir i have got GN rank: 38371 and BC rank: 11873 in UPSEE Exam, I am from OBC category, which collage can i get?

Even your upsee rank in obc category is really very low and so its difficult to get good collegy with branch as Computer Science , so you must try other colleges like SRMS or any other where you can have CSE as you are interested into that. Other than that college like PSIT may give you admission but choice of branch is not sure.
